Nominee & Digital Legacy Policy

नॉमिनी एवं डिजिटल विरासत नीति
Draft for legal review. This policy affects access to sensitive materials and inheritance-related matters; it must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer for compliance with applicable Indian law before launch.

Last updated: to be confirmed on launch.

1. Privacy-first access

Information is disclosed only to you during your lifetime, or to a properly verified nominee after your death, as authorised by your documented instructions and permitted by law.

2. A relationship is not enough

A family relationship alone does not grant access. We verify the nominee's identity and confirm your relevant instructions before releasing any information.

3. You define the scope

You may define what each nominee may access. We do not assume that any nominee automatically receives unrestricted access to all materials.

4. Changes, disputes & multiple nominees

You may update nominee information through an authenticated process. We maintain a defined process for nominee changes, disputed claims, death verification and situations involving multiple nominees.

5. Records

We record access, disclosure and transfer requests. Administrative access is restricted using role-based permissions.

6. Limits of our commitments

We take care to safeguard your materials, but we do not promise absolute confidentiality or permanent storage. We will disclose our storage duration and what happens if the service closes — see Data Retention & Deletion.

7. Contact
